Student Refundable Policy

The student refundable policy of Lincoln University Sri Lankan Branch Campus is under the same protocol as Lincoln University, Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions for undergraduate and postgraduate students are as follows:

The refund policy is based on the qualified period that would be assessed for the eligibility of a refund. The detailed refund policy is provided to the student upon confirmation of enrollment.

1. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable qualifying period and conditions below.

Qualifying Period for a Student Who Attends Lessons Only	Tuition Fee Refund
I After commencement date and up to the weekend of the 3rd week after the course commences.	50% of the tuition fees of the current semester. 100% of tuition fees of the remaining semesters. Deposits will be returned if the withdrawal is done in the first semester of the programme and the student did not attend any lesson. Personal bond will be returned if the student has not breached any college regulations or Malaysian law. Computer lab and library fees of the remaining semesters.
II During & after week 4.	100% Refund 100% of tuition fees of the remaining semesters only.
III Students who are terminated and agreed by the LUC due to continuous absenteeism or failure.	No Refund
IV Loan installments after commencement of program.	No Refund
V Loan installment during qualifying period.	50% Refund
VI Registration Fees	100% Refund before program commencement. No refund after program commencement.
VII First Instalment	100% Refund before program commencement. No refund after program commencement.
